I. Overview

Amble Health Inc. (“Amble”, “we”, “us”) owns and operates the websites located at amble.com, including all current and future platforms (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, its content, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. Access to some features may require registration.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Your sole remedy for disagreement is to stop using the Site.

You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your doctor, go to the ER, or dial 911.

II. Services

We offer:

  • Prescription fulfillment via a pharmacy network
  • Telehealth and telemedicine via licensed providers

Amble is not a pharmacy and is not liable for services rendered by pharmacies.

b. Healthcare Services

Amble does not practice medicine. We facilitate access to third-party healthcare providers. No doctor-patient relationship is formed with Amble.

Telemedicine is not a substitute for in-person care in all situations. You must consent to use these services. Only Providers are responsible for care provided.

Communication with providers may not be in real-time. Amble is not responsible for unread messages or medical outcomes.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

III. Products

a. Products Generally

Products may include prescription and over-the-counter items. All prices are in USD and for U.S. delivery only. Use all products as directed and consult with a provider before use.

We do not offer medical advice. Products are for personal use and are non-refundable.

b. Prescription Products

Require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. Some are filled via the Pharmacy Network; others may need to be filled elsewhere. Child-resistant packaging is not used.

IV. User-Generated Content

a. Amble Content

Content is informational only and may change without notice. Reliance is at your own risk.

b. User Content

You may submit comments or reviews. Amble is not responsible for such content. We may remove inappropriate submissions.

V. Your Obligations

You're responsible for:

  • Account security
  • Device compatibility
  • Providing accurate information

Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal activity
  • IP infringement
  • Spreading malware
  • Harassment or hate speech

By submitting content, you confirm you own or have rights to it and it does not violate any laws.

VI. Billing

You must provide current billing info. Some services require a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted unless services are deemed medically inappropriate.

Chargebacks made to avoid payment may result in legal action or collections.

Amble is not a Medicare/Medicaid provider.

VII. Third Parties

Some Amble stakeholders may have interests in third-party services. We’re not responsible for third-party content or purchases.

Review third-party terms before engaging with them.

VIII. Intellectual Property

a. Amble IP

Content on the site (excluding user content) belongs to Amble. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

b. Your Content & Feedback

You grant Amble a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted content and feedback.

IX. Termination

Amble may terminate access to the Site or Services at any time. Obligations before termination remain enforceable.

You may terminate your account by stopping usage.

X. Disclaimers

Services and content are provided “as is” without warranties. Use at your own risk.

XI. Limitation of Liability

Amble is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

XII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Amble, Providers, and Pharmacy Networks against claims arising from your use of the Site or violations of these Terms.

XIII. Privacy Policy

See our Privacy Policy for how your data is used. It is part of these Terms.

XIV. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from Amble and its partners electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal notice requirements.

XV. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

XVI. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Unless stated, no third-party beneficiaries are implied in these Terms.

XVII. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Amble.

Amble may transfer rights to affiliates or third parties.

XVIII. DMCA

If you believe content on the Site infringes copyright, send notice to:
