Real people, real results
Your questions, answered.
How do I take it?
NAD⁺ is supplied as a ready-to-use compounded injection kit. Most patients self-inject subcutaneously (into body-fat) 1–3 times per week, following the titration schedule your physician sets. All syringes, alcohol pads and an illustrated guide are shipped cold-chain to your door, and you can message your prescribing physician anytime inside the portal.
Will my insurance, HSA, or FSA cover this?
We recommend speaking with your insurance provider to find out if your medication or treatment is covered. HSA/FSA cards are widely accepted, and we provide itemized receipts for self-submission.
Potential side effects
A small percentage of Amble members report mild flushing, warmth at the injection site, headache, light nausea or fatigue—typically during the first 2–3 weeks. Slowing the titration or spacing injections farther apart usually resolves symptoms.
Are video visits required?
Most states allow asynchronous tele-health review only. In NM, KS, WV, LA, MS a short video or audio visit is mandatory; scheduling happens inside the app.
Can my provider change my dosage at any point during my treatment?
Absolutely. Your physician can raise, lower or hold your weekly NAD⁺ dose—and adjust frequency—based on lab work, symptom tolerance and your reported energy levels.
